This training course provides an overview of National Committee volunteer roles and their connections to ASID Headquarters staff, leadership, and the Board of Directors. Each National Committee is composed of volunteers selected for their unique expertise and purview. The course outlines the structure of National Committees and Councils, highlights how individual committees align with their respective Councils, and explains how volunteers contribute through teamwork and collaboration. It also reviews governance responsibilities, structural functions, and the committee’s role in developing and implementing an annual work plan in partnership with ASID Headquarters.
