Privacy & Registration Policy for Design Learning by ASID

This Privacy Policy explains how the American Society of Interior Designers (“ASID”,“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you access or use our learning management system (“LMS”), course catalog and registration site (“Catalog”), and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect information you provide directly, and information collected automatically through your use of the Services.

 a. Information Provided

This may include:  

**Name, email address, mailing address, phone number
**Username and account credentials
**Membership status or professional credentials (if applicable)
**Course registration and enrollment information
**Payment and billing information (processed by third-party payment processors)
**Communications with us (e.g., emails, support requests, surveys)
