Healthy Homes Certificate Program

Transform homes into safer, more nurturing environments by prioritizing health at the foundation of residential spaces.

The Healthy Homes Certificate, powered by the WELL for residential program by IWBI and instructionally designed and developed by ASID, equips you with the knowledge to identify, implement, and create spaces that support human health and well-being. Participants explore why healthy homes matter, uncover common risks in residential environments and learn practical, science-backed strategies to design safer, more nurturing spaces to make health a foundation in every home. You will also learn how to advocate for healthier housing through clear, effective communication — whether engaging clients, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders, or guiding conversations with family and friends — to help create and sustain healthier homes and communities.

When registering for this certificate program, select the Workshop Date you would like to attend. Once registration is complete, you will have access to the learning program site. Participants must first complete the prerequisite online course prior to attending their selected workshop date. 

There are two (2)  main components  - (1) the pre-requisite online modules and (2) the in-person workshop Registrants must complete BOTH components to earn the full Certificate.

This program is a collaborative partnership with ASID and IWBI.

ASID members and WELL Faculty and members receive a discount off the General Registration Fee. ASID members should automatically have their discount applied at Checkout. WELL Faculty and Members will need to enter a Voucher Code to receive the discount.
